Cold Kitchen
Our sushi chefs in our cold kitchen are masters of their craft. Featuring a large variety of sushi and sashimi, our guests are able to choose from rolls such as their classic favorites to a our surf-and-turf inspired roll featuring panko crusted lobster and filet. Combinations platters such as our Bluefin Tuna Tasting give our guest the chance to enjoy various preparation styles of Bluefin Tuna, a sushi staple.
Hot Kitchen
Our hot kitchen continues to expand our menu by creating unique Japanese Fusion dishes to excite the palate. Menu items such as our Kobe Beef Sliders or Karaage take traditional menu items and add a unique Japanese twist. For those looking for more traditional Japanese cuisine, our edamame tossed in sriracha & garlic or Gyoza are fantastic options for sharing.
